Art shouldn’t be confined to galleries, if the public are to appreciate art they need to experience it in the everyday context. They need the opportunity to purchase original works at affordable prices and to see it on their walls. This is a stall I am running at Seaton Artisan Market in Devon. My next stall will be on Saturday July 5 th, showing all original small paintings and collages and hand painted original cards. I know that I will not become a household name by taking on a stall, but it does in some small way give real art to real people.
