HOPE.

In Greek mythology the tale of Zeus and Prometheus is pretty scary with the opening of Pandora’s box by Zeus and his resultant demise, though surprisingly the myth is universally cited as the earliest known synonymous with hope. It seems that hope frequently follows in the footsteps of some catastrophe but not always. Hope is essentially a state of optimism which anticipates a positive outcome, a glass half full attitude rather than a pessimistic one. Counting blessings these days can be very hard to do, but despite the leap of faith that is required, we may all feel better if we can.
