This painting was produced in 2015 and is a response to staying with my oldest son who lives in London, Stoke Newington, post code N16. It will be exhibited at The Crypt Gallery, St Ives, in a mixed show by The recently formed TQ artists group of Devon artists. The exhibition will be run from 2nd to 8th May 2015. A significant and  historic venue within the Iconic St Ives Society of Artists building. located in the very centre of the birth of contemporary abstraction in the UK. Following in the footsteps of Hepworth, Nicholson, Gabo, Heron and Frost, this T Q group exhibition hopes to put on a show which not only pays homage to the great artists that went before but acknowledges their contribution to the way forward. A show worth seeing.
