Nice to get back to working with mixed media on canvas again. I have had a three month period of producing my own hanging banners following the completing, in January, my latest submission for the Art Al Vent international textile festival ready for this summer in Spain. It brought into focus just how subtley different surfaces and techniques can alter outcomes in significant ways.
